Terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

references

  • The client can send as much references as possible to reach the desired outcome.

  • The client can freely remove, replace, or add accessories during the sketching process.

  • The artist can refuse to any references that are deemed too complex, uncomfortable, or offensive.

Payment

  • Payment is made upfront to secure a slot.

  • Payments are accepted through PayPal and GCash.

  • Payment may be made in 50% or 100% according to the agreed arrangement.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Once sketching has begun, cancellation will cause a 5% inconvenience fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after the sketch has been approved.

REVISIONS

  • Minor revisions during the sketch phase are free.

  • Revisions requested during the rendering phase will incur additional fees.

  • Revisions may be charged from 1 to 5 usd according to the complexity and the amount of revisions.

TURNAROUND TIME

  • 1–3 days for headshot

  • 1-5 days for half-body

  • Clients will receive progress updates throughout the process.

CLIENT's RIGHTS

  • The client has the right to use the commissioned piece for personal purposes. Creating physical items such as shirts and prints are allowed for your OWN use only.

  • Artwork is for personal use unless a commercial license has been purchased.

  • Clients may repost the watermarked version of the artwork with proper credit.

  • Commercial use, merchandise production, advertising, redistribution, or resale for profit is prohibited without prior agreement and payment of commercial fees.

  • The client is allowed to resell the artwork at the SAME / LOWER price it was purchased but clients may not claim the artwork as their own.

ARTIST's RIGHTS

  • I retain all rights to the artwork.

  • I may post commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media with a watermark unless otherwise agreed upon.

DELIVERABLES

  • Final artwork will be delivered as PNG files.

  • Clients will receive both a watermarked version and a non-watermarked version.

Commercial Usage

  • Anything that the client will profit from is considered as commercial use and will be x2 the original price.

Terms of service for adoptables

By purchasing an adoptable from me, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  • PAYMENT

  • Payment is accepted through PayPal or GCash.

  • Payment must be completed before the unwatermarked files are sent.

  • OWNERSHIP

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the adoptable transfers to the buyer.

  • I, the original artist and designer, retain creator credit for the character design.

  • The buyer may rename the character, develop their story, and make minor design changes.

  • Major redesigns are allowed as long as the original design remains recognizable.

  • USAGE

  • The buyer may use the adoptable for personal purposes, including roleplay, social media, and creating additional artwork or commissions of the character.

  • The buyer may post the adoptable publicly but must credit me as the original designer when possible.

  • Commercial use is not permitted unless a commercial license has been purchased separately.

  • PROHIBITED USE

  • The adoptable may not be used for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, AI training, AI datasets, or AI-generated content.

  • The buyer may not remove my signature from the original artwork files.

  • DELIVERABLES

  • 1 watermarked preview image.

  • 1 non-watermarked full-body PNG of the adoptable.

  • PNG format only.
