REFERENCES

_{The client can send as much references as possible to reach the desired outcome.}

_{The client can freely remove, replace, or add accessories during the sketching process.}

_{The artist can refuse to any references that are deemed too complex, uncomfortable, or offensive.}

PAYMENT

_{Payment is made upfront to secure a slot.}

_{Payments are accepted through PayPal.}

_{Payment may be made in 50% or 100% according to the agreed arrangement.}

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

_{Once sketching has begun, cancellation will cause a 5% inconvenience fee.}

_{No refunds will be issued after the sketch has been approved.}

REVISIONS

_{Minor revisions during the sketch phase are free.}

_{Revisions requested during the rendering phase will incur additional fees.}

_{Revisions may be charged from 1 to 5 usd according to the complexity and the amount of revisions.}

TURNAROUND TIME

_{1-2 days for headshot}

_{1-3 days for half-body}

_{1-5 days for whole body}

_{Clients will receive progress updates throughout the process.}

CLIENT's RIGHTS

_{The client has the right to use the commissioned piece for personal purposes. Creating physical items such as shirts and prints are allowed for your OWN use only.}

_{Artwork is for personal use unless a commercial license has been purchased.}

_{Clients may repost the watermarked version of the artwork with proper credit.}

_{Commercial use, merchandise production, advertising, redistribution, or resale for profit is prohibited without prior agreement and payment of commercial fees.}

_{The client is allowed to resell the artwork at the SAME / LOWER price it was purchased but clients may not claim the artwork as their own.}

ARTIST's RIGHTS

_{I retain all rights to the artwork.}

_{I may post commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media with a watermark unless otherwise agreed upon.}

DELIVERABLES

_{Final artwork will be delivered as PNG files.}

_{Clients will receive both a watermarked version and a non-watermarked version.}

COMMERCIAL USAGE

_{Anything that the client will profit from is considered as commercial use and will be x2 the original price.}

PAYMENT

_{Payment is accepted through PayPal.}

_{Payment must be completed before the unwatermarked files are sent.}

OWNERSHIP

_{Upon full payment, ownership of the adoptable transfers to the buyer via VGen, Toyhouse or Google Drive.}

_{I, the original artist and designer, retain creator credit for the character design.}

_{The buyer may rename the character, develop their story, and make minor design changes.}

_{Major redesigns are allowed as long as the original design remains recognizable.}

USAGE

_{The buyer may use the adoptable for personal purposes, including roleplay, social media, and creating additional artwork or commissions of the character.}

_{The buyer may post the adoptable publicly but must credit me as the original designer when possible.}

_{Commercial use is not permitted unless a commercial license has been purchased separately.}

PROHIBITED USE

_{The adoptable may not be used for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, AI training, AI datasets, or AI-generated content.}

_{The buyer may not remove my signature from the original artwork files.}

DELIVERABLES

_{1 watermarked preview image.}

_{1 non-watermarked full-body PNG of the adoptable.}

_{PNG format only.}
